Krishna Prasad Sitaula, a leader of the Nepali Congress, who played influential role in bringing Maoists in peace process,didn’t have much influence for nearly ten years. After facing defeats in elections, he took a less active role. Recently, he got elected to the National Assembly and is back in a position of power.
He is elected in member of koshi province national assembly. He received total votes of 5292 votes defeating Uddhab Poudel of RPP(4565).
